Demi Lovato and Jesse McCartney will hit all the right notes in the fight against cancer when they take the stage at the second annual Concert for Hope presented by Staples, Inc. on
Sunday, October 25, it was announced today by Co-Chairmen Bob Cavallo (Disney Music Group Chairman) and Gary Marsh (President, Entertainment, Disney Channels Worldwide). The event benefits lifesaving cancer research and treatment programs at City of Hope, one of the nation’s leading cancer centers. Concert for Hope takes place at
5:00 p.m. at the Nokia Theatre at L.A. LIVE in Downtown Los Angeles.

The sold-out 2008 Concert for Hope raised in excess of $1.2 million for City of Hope’s cancer research efforts. Cyrus is donating $1 from every ticket sold during her current, hugely successful Wonder World Tour. On her last tour, she raised more than $2 million to benefit City of Hope.
AEG Live, one of the leading providers of live entertainment and sports events in the world, is participating in this year’s concert as part of its overall campaign to raise funds for City of Hope.
